Our hours of operations are 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday- Thursday and 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Friday- Saturday.

Before entering our lobby, we kindly ask that everyone in your party arrive. Your ticket will be checked-in at the door by our staff or you can check in at the kiosk. Prior to entering the exhibits, you must register and sign a liability waiver.
Visitors to Colossal Museum can take their time and examine the exhibits for one hour at their own leisure. In addition, the Colossal Team will oversee the unique events and activities and serve as your guide.
In our opinion, a museum should exhibit creativity, passion, and inventiveness. In light of this, we established Colossal Museum. Honoring a new era of art through imagination is one of our main values as an unconventional museum, not a non-profit.
Your photo ID is required to enter the museum, so please bring it with you. If you’re under sixteen, you need to bring an adult companion along with your ticket.
Please feel free to take as many pictures as you like! However, please show consideration for both our staff members and other visitors to the exhibit. Without prior authorization and support from a Colossal Museum team member, the use of tripods, external flashes and lights, an abundance of props, commercial or product shootings, media shoots, press interviews, and any other professional video equipment is forbidden. Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash or keep it on hand at our location, and we don’t take it in exchange for tickets or sales in Colossal Museum. However, we offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay in addition to all major credit cards from the United States and other countries for payment.
The interactive ticketed experience at Colossal Museum is intended to be completed within one hour. Following your paid experience, you’re welcome to unwind at the bar or have an ice cream or slushy at Kolossal Kravings.
Indeed! We organize all kinds of events, including corporate gatherings, birthday parties, group tours, festivals, community events, fundraising events, business networking events, brand and product launches, conferences and expos, photo shoots, baby showers, fashion shows and brunches. You cannot leave any clothing, backpacks, briefcases, or bags unattended; they must be stored in a locker. An umbrella must be kept within a bag that is allowable in size. It is forbidden to bring plants, flowers, food, sealed boxes, clothing bags, luggage, strollers, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and musical instruments into the museum.
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase online via our website or at our Colossal Shop.
Indeed! We provide school groups with savings. For additional information, please contact us at events@colossalmuseum.com</em style=”color:blue”>. As long as there is room, we will try our best to accommodate school groups.
As an interactive experience, Colossal Museum asks that you hold onto your cell phones and caps, please. We cannot be held accountable for any misplaced items. Our team members works hard to find misplaced items however, we cannot guarantee that they will be discovered.

Unfortunately, we don’t serve food however, you can enjoy an alcoholic beverage at our bar or grab an ice cream or slushy from Kolossal Kravings.
Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside Colossal Museum.
All the time, appropriate clothing including shoes and shirts must be worn. The atmosphere at Colossal Museum is relaxed and family oriented. Please exercise caution and common sense. The following are examples of inappropriate clothing for Colossal Museum, which can lead to a refusal of entry or expulsion from the event:
displaying apparel that can be considered unsuitable for a family setting and that shows off excessive or obscene skin.
It is not permitted to bring knives, firearms, ammo, or any other type of weaponry into our museum. State statutes prohibit anyone other than peace officers from entering with these objects.
