Visiting
Our hours of operations are 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday- Thursday and 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Friday- Saturday.

Before entering our lobby, we kindly ask that everyone in your party arrive. Your ticket will be checked-in at the door by our staff or you can check in at the kiosk. Prior to entering the exhibits, you must register and sign a liability waiver.
Visitors to Colossal Museum can take their time and examine the exhibits for one hour at their own leisure. In addition, the Colossal Team will oversee the unique events and activities and serve as your guide.
In our opinion, a museum should exhibit creativity, passion, and inventiveness. In light of this, we established Colossal Museum. Honoring a new era of art through imagination is one of our main values as an unconventional museum, not a non-profit.
Your photo ID is required to enter the museum, so please bring it with you. If you’re under sixteen, you need to bring an adult companion along with your ticket.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash or keep it on hand at our location, and we don’t take it in exchange for tickets or sales in Colossal Museum. However, we offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay in addition to all major credit cards from the United States and other countries for payment.
The interactive ticketed experience at Colossal Museum is intended to be completed within one hour. Following your paid experience, you’re welcome to unwind at the bar or have an ice cream or slushy at Kolossal Kravings.
You cannot leave any clothing, backpacks, briefcases, or bags unattended; they must be stored in a locker. An umbrella must be kept within a bag that is allowable in size. It is forbidden to bring plants, flowers, food, sealed boxes, clothing bags, luggage, strollers, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and musical instruments into the museum.

Unfortunately, we don’t serve food however, you can enjoy an alcoholic beverage at our bar or grab an ice cream or slushy from Kolossal Kravings.
Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside Colossal Museum.
All the time, appropriate clothing including shoes and shirts must be worn. The atmosphere at Colossal Museum is relaxed and family oriented. Please exercise caution and common sense. The following are examples of inappropriate clothing for Colossal Museum, which can lead to a refusal of entry or expulsion from the event:
displaying apparel that can be considered unsuitable for a family setting and that shows off excessive or obscene skin.
It is not permitted to bring knives, firearms, ammo, or any other type of weaponry into our museum. State statutes prohibit anyone other than peace officers from entering with these objects.
Tickts & Admissions
Tickets are available for purchase online on our website. Dates and time slots are used to make purchases.
Nope! You can present your tickets using a mobile device. Together with a legitimate ID, you must show your ticket on your phone.
Entry requires presenting a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket. Be aware that parties must enter in groups.
We will be pleased to make accommodations for any members of your party who are unable to attend and would like to transfer their ticket to another visitor. Make sure you inform our guides at the entrance.
Kids aged 3 and below do not need a ticket to enter our museum.
Regretfully, tickets cannot be purchased at the door. On the other hand, you can buy your tickets online in advance.
Yes! Assuming you arrive at your designated time slot, Colossal Museum locks its doors once the last visitor has completed their tour.
Kindly be on time. Keep in mind that your ticket is only good for the time and day that you bought it. We offer a 10-minute grace period following your 30-minute reservation window; if your slot is unused, we are unable to refill tickets. Your reservation may be changed at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival, but not on the day of the event or thereafter due to our limited capacity.
You can access the museum at any moment during our operating hours if you have acquired a VIP ticket. Please check the most recent operating hours are provided by our ticketing calendar for that particular day, as there are occasionally private events and modifications to the operating hours.
We have the right to refuse your access and you will not be eligible for a refund if you miss your time slot on that particular date.
All visitors, regardless of age, can enjoy an inclusive experience at Colossal Museum. To be sure, though, please check the Colossal Museum website for availability, as certain times may be blocked out for special occasions. Children under the age of three enter free! Please get in touch with us for further information as students may be qualified for a student discount. When visiting Colossal Museum, guests under the age of thirteen must be always accompanied by an adult or legal guardian to ensure their safety and comfort.

Yes! There are paid parking lots nearby. We cordially invite you to utilize the conveniently situated, pay public parking lots across from us. Please utilize the self-park choices and abide by all parking signage. Parking is not validated by us. Please pay great attention to the parking signage in your area if you decide to use this option. Towed automobiles are not the responsibility of Colossal Museum.
Even though we adore animals, they are not permitted within the display. Except for emotional support animals, ADA service animals are allowed as long as they are controlled by their owners and kept on a leash (as allowed by current legislation).

Unfortunately, animals are not permitted at Colossal Museum. However, service animals are permitted.
All sales are final from the Colossal Shop. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be sure of your purchases before placing your order.

Yes, we do offer shipping to the USA, only. We do not ship internationally, currently. PROCESSING TIME: 7-14 business days from order placed.
Orders are processed within 7 – 14 business days. Order processing time does not include shipping time. Depending on the size of your package, shipping time is decided by USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your email and use the order tracking service on our website.
